The Unionville Boosters annually host

event.

2020 Sale Date
CANCELLED

Due to the novel coronavirus (COVID-19), the annual event has been cancelled.​​

​On the day, Unionville will host over 100 vendors and more than 2000 visitors. 
Profits from the space rentals are returned to the community in funding other events throughout the year.  The funding from the sale goes to sponsor the following:
  • Community Parties
  • Maintenance of flags throughout the community
  • Maintenance of the historic Community Center and items on display
  • Welcome baskets of flowers and goodies to new residents, cards and flowers to residents for illness, births, etc.
  • Christmas wreaths for each home
  • Letters from Santa (any child sending a letter addressed to Santa at the Unionville Post Office, 44088, will receive a personalized letter in return
  • Maintenance of playground equipment
  • Support of local charities and community organizations such as Madison Holiday Baskets, Madison & Ashtabula Historic Societies, VFW & American Legion projects, etc.
  • Routine maintenance of the interior and exterior of the Unionville Community Center​​

The Unionville Antique & Flea is a one-day event, rain or shine, 9 am until 4 pm. Anyone wishing to participate in the event must fill out a contract 
and return it by mail with full payment prior
to the event.

​Hundreds of antique and crafting vendors are placed throughout the small community to sell their wares.  Residents are also allowed to participate, selling home-made crafts and flea market items.  Parking is available on the street on Route 84 and County Line Road, as well as in private rural lots for a modest fee.  Pedestrian traffic only allowed during this event.  Bikes, scooters and skateboards are discouraged.

Pets are not allowed during the event.

RESIDENTS
  1. Please rope off your lawn and hang "No Parking" signs if you want to prevent cars on your tree-lawn.
  2. Placement of trash containers near the sidewalk will greatly help litter control.
  3. Sale of any food or drink items is prohibited. The Health Department can impose significant fines on those who do not comply.
  4. If you do not wish to have vendors on your tree lawn, please notify the Boosters at least 3 weeks in advance. Call 440-275-9689 or
    e-mail unionvilleboosters@yahoo.com. 
  5. Residents who have friends or family participating in the event are asked to support the fund raising effort by making a $5.00 donation to the Unionville Boosters.
  6. Dangerous items such as weaponry are not allowed to be sold to underage children.
